Voting Question: Someone borrowed my car under false identification in CA and I am in MN, whats the law?

I loaned my car to a woman that I had just met 1 and 1/2 months earlier. I thought this woman was telling the truth. I was stupid and blinded by her charms. I found out all her information she gave in false including her name. If I signed a contract with her as her false identity, is the contract still valid?
